1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

5ww operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible to residents and visitors of Bangladesh. 2. Eligibility & Player Requirements

To register and use the 5ww platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming activities are not expressly prohibited by local law.
• You must register using your own accurate personal information. Registering on behalf of another person or using fictitious, borrowed, or stolen identity details is strictly prohibited.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order or similar restriction issued by 5ww or any affiliated gaming operator.

5ww reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 5ww services, you must create a single registered account. During registration, you are required to provide truthful and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and preferred payment method. 5ww may request additional verification documents as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility until you notify 5ww of any suspected unauthorised access.
• One account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans for all associated accounts.

5ww reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms. Closure will be carried out following an internal review and, where possible, advance notice will be provided to the affected user.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

5ww accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Bangladesh-compatible payment channels. All monetary amounts are denominated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳). The following policies apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted by 5ww at any time without prior notice.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the associated account reviewed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks. 5ww aims to process approved withdrawals within 1-3 business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• 5ww does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own service charges, which are outside 5ww's control.

Funds held in your 5ww account must be used for gameplay only and must not be treated as a savings or investment account. 5ww is not a financial institution and holds player balances solely for the purpose of facilitating gaming activity.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5ww offers a variety of bonuses and promotional campaigns to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Victory Day celebrations. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus offer carries a specific wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

All players are expected to engage with 5ww in good faith and in compliance with these Terms. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent bans, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players, employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, match, or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in any game or sports market. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.

5ww's decisions regarding violations of fair play policies are final and binding. Players found in breach of these rules waive any right to appeal for the return of forfeited funds.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 5ww platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Reproducing, distributing, reverse-engineering, or commercially exploiting any part of the platform without express written consent from 5ww is strictly forbidden.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5ww, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from system outages, technical errors, payment processing delays, inaccurate game results caused by third-party providers, or events beyond 5ww's reasonable control.

In any event, 5ww's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 5ww account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you disagree with any amended version of these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to immediately cease use of the 5ww platform and, where applicable, close your account. Continuing to use 5ww after an amendment constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of that amendment.
